  24. Check the MacOS Control Panel foler.  There you will likely find the "Cache"
  25. control panel -- this is a control panel which, surprise, switches the caches
  26. on or off.  I simply removed this control panel (either delete it or put it
  27. into the "Control Panels - disabled" folder.
